WESTERN AUSTRALIA, Oct. 6, 1999 - To some of our readers who may have worried that we may have not only dropped off some cliff in the land Down Under, but also off the face of the earth, we say… thank you for your concern. And don't worry. All is well in the land Down Under and with the TiM editor. It's just that we have spent the last week or so in a tunnel of sorts - pouring over mountains of documents, photos, and other materials which we had collected during our 4 ½ day, 8-stage "Tour de Serbia" (see TiM GW Bulletins 99/9-1 through 3, Sept. 12-16 - for our contemporaneous reports filed from that trip). And assembling them in, what we believe is a compelling story, and strong eyewitness-type evidence of NATO's war crimes in Serbia.

Well, this work is now done. From the hundreds of photos we have taken, and tens of thousands of words we have heard or read on our trip, we have selected about 100 most dramatic images which help prove that, during the 79 days of the NATO infamy, this mighty military alliance had been waging a cowardly war on Serb civilians. And it continues to do so, only by other means.

But don't take our word for it. Take a look at the evidence yourself. We invite you to visit the TiM Web site, and take a personal tour of our "Tour de Serbia" (just click on the above map-icon). What you will find is an exclusive pictorial with brief narratives which help still images come alive.

We hope that you will find this special TiM report compelling. Let us know what you think of it. But as important as this exclusive news media story is, we hope that TiM's "Tour de Serbia" - a unique pictorial Internet documentary - may one day serve as evidence which will help indict the NATO leaders as war criminals. The TiM editor, an eyewitness to some of the most horrific devastation scenes since WW II, who himself spent six days in April under the NATO bombs, also stands ready to testify against Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, Madeleine Albright, Wesley Clark, William Cohen, and several dozen other unindicted NATO war criminals. Any time, any place… In a real, not a kangaroo, court, of course.

And now, we'll let you go to it and take a personal tour of the TiM's "Tour de Serbia," which took place between Sept. 12-17, 1999... (click here).
